TLDR: Tito (Yugoslavia) created 3rd world movement (Nesvrstani - ) in order to prevent countries that were not already aligned with USSR to fall under their influence and with West money (that's one of the reasons why Yugoslavia was much more developed than your normal Eastern country, and why after there was no more need for it it was dismantled in the most bloodiest way you can imagine) Tito created the non-aligned movement to 'catch-all'.
